FLUFFY FRINGED DESIGNS:
This design contains parts with fluffy fringed effect. To achieve this effect follow the next steps:
1- Embroider the design using cutaway stabilizer.
2- Turn it over to see the back and cut the last bobbin stitch under the large satin stitches using small scissors. Cut only those parts that are shown in the picture as fringes.
3- Turn the piece over with the right side facing up, and fluff the fringe with the point of small scissors.
4- Fluff the threads up and your design is finished.

It is safe to wash any piece embroidery with this design, it has a safety stitch that holds the fringes in place.
