We offer a variety of formats. PES,EXP, HUS, JEF, VIP, VP3, XXX and DST
2What sizes do you offer?
We offer a variety of sizes in each designs, 4x4, 5x7 and 6x10 are available and included in all the designs, 3x3 size is available in some designs.
3When I will receive my order?
Our products are digital items only for use with an embroidery machine, therefore, there is nothing to ship. Upon completing a purchase, you will be able to download your purchase via email.
4Do you do custom work?
We only accept requests on the line of our shop, but we accept any suggestions for futures designs.
5Can I sell my handmade final product?
Yes. You have permission to embroider our designs onto a final product and sell it. What you can’t do is to sell our designs files as your own or create different files using our designs as base and sell them as revised work.
6Can I have a refund?
Due our designs are digital files, we do not provide refunds
